Thank you for inquiring about participation in the 2019 Florida Folk Festival scheduled for May 24, 25 and 26, 2019. All applicants should carefully review the 2019 Participant Guidelines for deadlines, timelines and for additional information prior to submitting your application.
The application period to participate as a performer at the 2019 Florida Folk Festival is now closed. Applicants will be notified of their application status by December 1, 2018. The application to participate in the 2020 festival will be available on our website beginning August 1, 2019 and must be submitted no later than October 1, 2019.
Vendors & Exhibitors
The application period for crafters, luthiers, environmental and educational exhibitors, craft square demonstrators and marketplace vendors is now open. Submission of applications by December 1, 2018 is preferred in order for you to be included in the festival program and on the festival website. No applications will be accepted after April 1, 2019.
Food Vendor Applications are no longer being accepted. All other applications will be accepted until all vendor/demonstrator spots are filled.

The application period for festival volunteers is now open. Applications should be submitted by February 28, 2019. After February 28, we will accept applications until the remaining positions are filled. Guarantee your volunteer positions and submit your application by the deadline. Volunteer schedules will be distributed by March 15, 2019.
