2023 Participants

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2023 Florida Folk Festival scheduled for May 26-28, 2023. All applicants should review the 2023 Participant Guidelines for deadlines, timelines and additional information prior to submitting an application.

Performers

The application period to participate as a performer at the 2023 Florida Folk Festival is now closed. Applications for the 2024 Florida Folk Festival will open Aug. 1, 2023. 

Vendors & Exhibitors

The application period for crafters, luthiers, environmental and educational exhibitors, craft square demonstrators and marketplace vendors is open. All applicants should review the 2023 Vendor, Demonstrator and Exhibitor Guidelines. Submission of applications by Jan. 1, 2023, is recommended to guarantee your application will be considered for participation. Applications received after Jan. 1 will be considered only if vendor spaces remain available. No applications will be accepted after April 1, 2023.

Food Vendors

The application period for 2023 festival food vendors is now closed. Please visit our website in November 2023 for the 2024 application information.

Volunteers

The application period for festival volunteers will open Jan. 1, 2023. Applications should be submitted by March 1, 2023. After March 1, we will continue to accept applications until all remaining positions are filled. 

Limited volunteer positions are available. Guarantee your volunteer positions and submit your application by the deadline. Volunteer schedules will be distributed by March 15, 2023.
