Jonathan has been working for the Florida Park Service since 2022 and his enthusiasm for being a Park Ranger comes from growing up in Miami and hiking in the Everglades.

Volunteer Bernadette is a native of Ft. Pierce, FL and started volunteering for the Florida Park Service in 2017.

Josh brings that passion to work as a Park Ranger, most recently helping with hurricane recovery at Cayo Costa State Park. He enjoys the hands-on challenges of working on a remote island, whether he’s clearing debris, trimming trails, or chatting with visitors about the area’s wildlife.

Her father’s goal was to take the family camping through every state. When the family made it to Florida, she enjoyed the beach but felt it was missing some wilderness and solitude. Ten years later, Cyndy moved to Florida and soon discovered the Real Florida.

Greg’s professionalism, teamwork and commitment make him an outstanding role model and an invaluable part of the park.

Nate's favorite part of the job is the ever-changing diversity of the park. Whether it's watching eagles teach their young, seeing manatees or helping with hurricane recovery efforts, no two days are the same.

Connie has always enjoyed being outdoors and working on projects.

Laura believes strongly in being a voice for the land, water and wildlife, ensuring their safety and longevity for future generations.
