Wildlife thrives in this vast Central Florida park where forests, lakes and natural communities and wildlife that make our park special beg to be explored. We offer several different kinds of camping experiences including campsites, an equestrian campground and a group campground.

16 distinct natural communities create the mosaic that is Jonathan Dickinson, the largest state park in Southeast Florida. Rare environments as well as the pristine Loxahatchee River make this park a unique spot to explore by foot or water.

Occupying more than 70,000 acres of land formerly known as the Cross Florida Barge Canal, the Greenway is a 110-mile linear park that is more than a mile wide in places. It hosts more than 300 miles of trails of all types—paddling, hiking, mountain biking, equestrian and paved multi-use.

With emerald springs feeding the Wekiwa River and lush tropical hammocks, this unique park just minutes from Downtown Orlando is perfect for observing abundant wildlife or cooling off on a summer day. Miles of trails beg to be explored on foot, bike or horseback, and canoes and kayaks are available on site.
