Alafia River State Park

Welcome to Alafia River State Park

Alafia River State Park offers a beautiful unique topography from reclaimed phosphate mine land and offers some of Florida's most radical elevation changes. This feature attracts mountain bikers from around the world to our International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) standard mountain bike only trails, as well as equestrian & hikers to our equestrian trails.

An abundance of wildlife can be found along the trails and will delight any nature enthusiast. The South Prong of the Alafia River as well as some lakes scattered throughout the park provide canoeing and fishing opportunities.

The park also offers picnic pavilions, playground, full facility campground as well as a full service bike shop.
