Norberto Morales-Fabery, Park Ranger

Giving back and helping his community is Norberto’s mission.

Park Ranger Norberto “Noree” Morales-Fabery was born and raised on the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. Norberto moved to the United States at the age of 10 when his mother accepted a job with the federal government. He served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, completing two combat tours.

Norberto loves being able to connect and give back to the community and nature in his role as park ranger. Mainly working closing shifts, he enjoys viewing the variety of colors of the setting sun over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Norberto appreciates the park environment, staff and volunteers at Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area at Flagler Beach. His favorite activity is protecting wildlife and ensuring visitors have a fun and safe experience.
