The Fort Mose Historical Society has received the 2020 Citizen Support Organization of the Year Award for Historical Resources.

Tom Rockwell, Mike Watson and Danny Bustos have received the Volunteer Team of 3+ Award for Maintenance. They restored the old weathered cabins at the Elks Youth Camp at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.

The Silver Springs Facility Closure Camping Team has won the Volunteer Team of 3+ Award for maintenance. This team works on cleaning, maintenance and repairs of the campground and cabins at Silver Springs State Park.

Diana Gregory, Sue Hamburger and Sue Munson have received the Volunteer Team of 3+ Award for Administration. They help with the native plant shade house, managing the gift shop and volunteering with the Friends of Savannas group.

The Highlands County Audubon Society has received a Volunteer Team of 3+ Award for Visitor Services. They built a sheltered, accessible observation pavilion at Highlands Hammock State Park to help visitors connect with nature.
