Picnicking
Picnicking

Tables and benches are available throughout the museum garden. The garden provides a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of Seventh Avenue, Ybor’s main street.

Tours
Tours

Guided tours of La Casita are available on a first-come, first served basis. The times are 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.,  1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Due to the size of La Casita, tours are limited to 12 people for each tour.

Weddings
Weddings

The museum garden is available for rent for special occasions.

An ornamental garden and patio features a bust of Don Vicente Martinez Ybor. The Mediterranean-style garden and patio are similar to those seen in Spain and Cuba during the late 1800s. In this tranquil setting, visitors can enjoy reading, playing dominoes or picnicking. The garden may be rented for parties, weddings and events.

Learn about the history of Ybor City Museum.

Interpretive Exhibit
Interpretive Exhibit

The museum is housed in the historic Ferlita Bakery. The museum's interpretive exhibits and displays provide information about the rich cultural history of Ybor City and the cigar factories.

Located in the heart of the community, Ybor City Museum State Park offers a historical perspective on the heritage of this culturally rich area. The park covers about half of a city block and consists of the Ybor City Museum, an ornamental garden and several restored worker’s “casitas” (little houses).
