A 1.3-mile section of the Florida East Coast Greenway runs through the park's sand pine scrub habitat, perfect for biking.

  • Helmets are highly recommended for all cyclists and Florida law requires helmets for cyclists age 16 and under.

Explore the park in a new and challenging way. Experienced geocachers have requested permission to hide caches containing trinkets, treasures or information in various places around the park. Please check the Geocaching website for the most up-to-date information and clues to locate these caches.

Eight miles of hiking trails are available to visitors to explore "...the Real Florida." Trails traverse sand pine scrub, baygall and mesic flatwoods plant communities.

The park provides habitat for a wide variety of wildlife including the gopher tortoise, Eastern indigo snake, Florida scrub-jay, bobcat and the Florida sandhill crane.

Seabranch Preserve State Park is committed to providing a variety of amenities accessible to all of our visitors. These amenities include:

  • 1.7 paved miles of the East Coast Greenway, a 3,000-mile trail that links Calais, Maine, with Key West, Florida.
  • Picnic facilities with tables and grills.
  • Interpretive exhibits.
  • Parking.
  • Restrooms.

Service animals are welcome in all areas of Florida State Parks.
