Mark Rickert
Mark Rickert is the recipient of the Adult Volunteer of the Year award in Protection.
Mark Rickert not only operates the boats on the river patrol, but he also makes sure they stay operational by handling maintenance and repairs and securing funding from the friends of Rainbow Springs. He also assists with installing and maintaining buoys and signs on the river that delineate the protected areas of the aquatic preserve.
