Andrew Fitzgibbons started his career with the park service in 2021. Prior to working for the park service, Andrew worked for a non-profit Artist Residency where he helped artists with their work. He has also worked in the farming industry, the boating industry and worked in the landscaping business for 25 years.
In his role as a Park Services Specialist, Andrew helps with the maintenance of the park and the maintenance of the park vehicles including trucks, UTVS, boats and more. Andrew is described as a wise teacher and jack of all trades by his peers. His favorite part of working for the park service is the opportunity to maintain and protect our natural landscapes for future generations.
In his free time, he is an avid outdoorsman and can be found paddling, biking and more.
