Deb Wilson

Since retirement, Deb has volunteered in a variety of different states' parks systems. During her tenure volunteering for Florida State Parks, she has contributed to Mike Ross Gold Head Branch State Park, Suwannee River Wilderness Trail, Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and Long Key State Park as a vital team member to operations.

While volunteering at Long Key State Park, Deb has contributed to the efficiency of the functions in our Ranger Station, assisted in our interpretive programming and environmental education and helped monitor and clean our shoreline for debris and trash. When Deb is not volunteering, she is traveling to state and national parks and other natural landmarks in America. Her hobbies include camping, kayaking, hiking, crafting and biking. Stop in to say hi to Deb as she is the friendly face welcoming visitors to the park at the ranger station.
