Description
Join a ranger from Suwannee River State Park on a walk through one of our historic trails. Learn about the history of the park and the unique features of the sandhill habitat as you hike the .75 mile Sandhill Trail. From the native wildlife, use of prescribed fire, and a cemetery from the 1800s – there's something interesting to learn about for everyone. Remember to bring comfortable walking shoes, water, sun protection, and bug spray.
