Call for Business Plans at Wekiwa Springs State Park

Florida Park Service seeks business partner to provide visitor services at Wekiwa Springs State Park in Apopka and Rock Springs Run State Reserve in Sorrento. Due to inclement weather in Florida the week of January 8th, the mandatory on-site meeting and deadline for proposals for this Call for Business Plans have been postponed. To learn more about the park, visit the park's webpage and view the Unit Management Plan. A Draft Business Plan Packet will be uploaded to this website prior to the Mandatory Onsite Meeting.

  • Equestrian Tours.
  • Merchandise Resale.
  • Overnight Accommodations.
  • Glamping.

Mandatory Onsite Meeting

Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024, 8:30 a.m. EST*
Wekiwa Springs State Park

*Interested parties must attend to be eligible to submit a proposal

This meeting will include a tour of facilities at Wekiwa Springs State Park and site visits Rock Springs Run State Reserve. Attendees should anticipate three to four hours for the mandatory on-site meeting, including approximately thirty minutes of drive time to visit Rock Springs Run State Reserve. Attendees should anticipate caravaning to Rock Springs Run State Reserve using their own personal vehicle. The mandatory on-site meeting will conclude at Rock Springs Run State Reserve.

  • 10 years.
