Linda Buschman

Anastasia State Park

At Anastasia State Park we are honored to have volunteers that go above and beyond to support our State Park. Linda Buschman is one of those volunteers who gives her all to helping protect our natural resources while creating a fun and friendly environment for our park visitors. Coming up with new ideas daily, Linda was the forefront for developing our new Adopt-a-Nest Sea Turtle Program which help support the park in our sea turtle conservation efforts. During sea turtle season, she patrols the beach every weekend looking for new nests, stranding, and to help collect trash that washes up from the sea.

Passionate about her job, Linda is a wonderful resource of information and shares her passion through monthly interpretive programs. She is a hardworking, dedicated and important member of our team here at Anastasia State Park! You can find her here at the park cleaning up the beach, monitoring sea turtle nests, and interpreting the park’s natural resources to visitors, helping to provide everyone a fun and memorable experience.
