"My name is Dawn, and I am a proud many generational Floridian. The Florida State parks are my heart. I try to go to them all, and check them off my list. Silver Springs State Park is the place my husband took me kayaking on our very 1st date. We go as often as we can, he does the paddling, and I do the photography. We leave before dawn so we can be on the water when the sun rises, and on this particular day I was gifted with the beautiful mist coming off the water creating the beautiful haze of the shot."
