The Friends of Collier-Seminole State Park is a nonprofit organization of dedicated members and volunteers who help preserve the natural beauty and resources of the Real Florida for generations to come.
The Friends of Collier-Seminole State Park helps to support the Park in many ways:
Preserve and protect state parks
Educate visitors about the value of state parks
Encourage community engagement and active use of state parks
Provide financial support to supplement state funding
Every year, in season, the Friends of Collier-Seminole State Park offer day-time and moonlight guided-canoeing trips along with various fundraisers such as ice cream socials, star gazing, musical events and sales of firewood and ice to park campers.
