There’s much to look forward to in visiting the park. It's a great time to enjoy the great outdoors, explore the nature trails and kayak trails, or have up-close encounters underwater.
Not to be missed is a boat tour to the coral reef offered by Coral Reef Park Company. The park’s concessionaire is a Blue Star operator promoting sustainable practices for a healthy reef, and all boat tours are excellent ways to experience this special ecosystem. Picnicking, swimming and camping are additional ways to enjoy the park, whether it’s for the day or a week.
We now have a citizens support organization (CSO) for the park. The board of directors invites you to become a member and make a difference. More information can be found at PennekampParkFriends.org. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
