Ochlockonee River State Park

It's always a great time to get on the water at Ochlockonee River State Park!  The renovated boat launch area provides access to the Ochlockonee River and surrounding creeks and waterways.  Paved sidewalks lead to a floating boat dock, paved ramp and a separate, accessible kayak launch. If water's not your thing, take a hike through the flatwoods or along the river's edge, or just sit and soak in the peace and serenity.

The park is situated on the Ochlockonee River right where the water changes from fresh to salt.  This unique brackish environment adds to the biodiversity and beauty of the area.  Visitor's can experience freshwater creeks lined with cypress trees and sawgrass to open saltwater estuaries all within the park boundaries.

We just completed electrical upgrades in the campground and sites are available for reservations. Please contact ReserveAmerica at 800-326-3521 or 866-I CAMP FL.

Florida’s state parks are committed to providing equal access to all facilities and programs. If assistance is needed to enable your participation, please contact the Ranger Station at 850-962-2771. Ochlockonee River State Park opens daily at 8 a.m. and closes at sunset, 365 days a year.

We look forward to your visit!
