The event is Free for overnight guests, and $3.00 for each vehicle not staying with overnight reservations. Entry prior to Sunset required.
Description
Welcome to Three Rivers State Park for an evening of Star Gazing with the Tallahassee Astronomical Society. A brief orientation of night sky objects will take place followed by a Q&A. Multiple telescopes of varying size and style will be set up for guest viewing along with experienced Astronomers to provided information about telescope styles, history, and the objects in the sky. This is a fun event for all to participate in. Share the night sky and stars with your valentine! The location of the event will be in our Day use area overlooking Lake Seminole. Parking and bathroom facilities are located close by.
