Sea Turtle Walk Programs @ Sebastian Inlet State Park

The program runs through June and July. It is only open to those who make reservations. It repeats daily except for Wednesday & Thursday nights. Participants watch a Ranger-given slide show on Florida's sea turtles. The slide show follows with a walk on the beach to see a nesting loggerhead sea turtle. It can last up past midnight but most programs are over between 11 pm and midnight.

Each June and July MacArthur Beach State Park offers evening turtle walks so that visitors can have a chance at viewing loggerhead sea turtles laying their eggs. This ancient ritual is a sight not to be missed! Turtle Walks fill up quickly so be sure to register early. The Walk schedule starts on June 4, 2018 and runs through July 13, 2018 (M, W, & F with the exception of June 8, 22 and July 4). Registration launches on May 29 at 9 a.m. Registration will be online and sold as "tickets" through www.macarthurbeach.org Price is $12.00 per ticket, non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Park staff. The event is for adults and children 12 years old and up.
