Junior Rangers Wanted for Outdoor Adventure

4-day camp for ages 8-12 – $300

Imagine your child exploring nature from a whole new perspective while paddling a canoe in quiet blue waters edged with bright green grass. During this adventurous and educational four-day camp, Junior Rangers are immersed in a natural setting, participating in fun and educational activities and games. As a Junior Ranger, your child will kayak, learn to use a map and compass and observe wildlife. Each day always brings something new and exciting!

Teamwork Day

Team building challenge activities, games, and a camp-wide ranger relay

Nature Day

Exploring the natural classroom, including botany and ecology

Adventure Day

Adventure camp including canoeing

Conservation Day

Conservation and restoration, making your mark on the park and restoring trails and building habitats for wildlife

How to Sign Up for Camp

Visit Friends of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park to register and pay online. Only online registration for this camp. Phone calls are not accepted. Due to high demand, no refunds will be offered. There will also be no carry over to the following year. All money raised for the camp benefit the Friends of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.
