Once a year the Ormond Beach Historical Society and Tomoka Basin State Parks sponsor guided tours of area plantations including Bulow Plantation Ruins, James Ormond Park, and Tomoka. Tours start at 10 a.m. at Bulow Plantation Ruins, then on to James Ormond Park at 11:30 a.m. with re-enactors telling stories of James Ormond and Henry Dummett. Pack a lunch to enjoy at Tomoka State Park - the last stop - and take a guided walk on the site of Mount Oswald Plantation at 1 p.m. Enjoy live music, living history, giveaways, and the beauty and history that is Tomoka.
