Learn about the importance of the land around our springs! Join us for a ranger-led program on the history of Lafayette Blue Springs, and the role of prescribed fire as a land management tool for protecting our springs and natural resources.

Following the program, we will conduct a cleanup of one of our management zones. Bring sturdy gloves and drinking water. Long pants, sunscreen, and bug spray are recommended.

Volunteers will have free entry to the park on the day of the cleanup and are encouraged to stay and enjoy swimming in the spring and bring a picnic lunch to enjoy afterwards.

We will meet at the Lafayette Blue Springs North Entrance at 9:00 a.m.
