Join Kevin Merrigan for Tai Chi and Qigong classes every Friday from May 24 to July 19. Tai Chi Easy consists of gentle movements, breath practices, self-applied massage, and meditation. Come experience the health benefits of Tai Chi while taking in the beautiful natural surroundings of Wekiwa Springs. Please bring water to drink and wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We also recommend bringing bug spray, sunblock, a yoga mat and yoga block if you have them.
