Join us & Florida Public Archaeology Network to present the Summer Archaeology Series.

Kids 7-12 years old are invited to join us for our series that will explore the exciting world of archaeology.

PB&J: How and Why Archaeologist Find Sites: A classic! Students systematically excavate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to explore the concepts of stratigraphy and survey, emphasizing how archaeologists use the scientific method in the field.

  • Programs will be held in the civic center and are limited to 25 per program.
