Florida's Greenways and Trails

Celebrate Greenways and Trails Month

October 1-31, 2020

In celebration of Florida Greenways and Trails Month, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection invites you to explore the unique paths found throughout the Sunshine State. The Office of Greenways and Trails Online Trail Guide links to information about more than 1,300 recreational trails (paved and unpaved) for hiking, bicycling, equestrian, multi-use, paddling or motorized use.

Trails provide enormous benefits for Florida’s economy, tourism and the health of visitors and residents. The benefits of outdoor recreation include lower blood pressure, improved fitness, improved mood and more.
