Free with regular park admission:

Have you ever wandered through the park and wondered "was there a fire here?", "what animal makes that sound?", "what made these tracks in the sand?".

Join us for a 'Nature Walk or Ranger Talk' on Saturday mornings to find out! Join a Park Ranger for the inside scoop on the current happenings and the most interesting features of the park.

Programs will vary weekly, selected by each ranger on a topic of their choice. Find the answers to all your questions, plus the ones you never thought to ask!

Program topics include:

  • Life in the Burn Zone
  • Animal Evidence
  • Jr. Ranger Program Activities
  • Wildlife Photography Highs and Lows
  • Rivers & Oxbows

Program topics will be posted at the ranger station weekly, prior to program.

Contact the ranger station at 813-671-5005 for the program topic and additional details.
