Description

Give back to your public lands by volunteering for a day of service.

Service projects will include trail trimming and maintenance, and invasive exotic plant removal. Bring gloves and your favorite pair of loppers or pruners for trail trimming.

Some exotic plant work will include cat tail removal from the lake. Wear long pants, water shoes that fit tight and gloves. Prepare to get wet and muddy for this project. Other invasive plant removal will include seed pick up from ground and hand pulling.

  • You will need to sign in and register for projects.
  • Please bring a refillable water bottle.
  • Free park entry and hot dog lunch for registered participants.
