BICP level 1 - Intro to Mountain biking skills clinic 3 Key essentials & 10 fundamentals
This introductory, half-day clinic will cover the Three Key Essentials to being a successful mountain biker and the Seven Body and Bike Separation Skills that are key to overcoming obstacles in the trails. We will provide instructional skill discussion, demonstrations, group skills practice, followed by a group ride to practice these new skills on the trails - everything you need to know to start riding the trails! We will conclude with a lunch (provided) where we can answer any further questions!

BICP LEVEL 2A - Different Wheel lifts and Climbing

BICP level 2A will teach 4 different wheel lifts to cover come roots and rocks on the trail with easy and various speeds for different scenario. 5 skills to be successful on those punchy climbs and what to do when you don't make it and how to keep it going when the going get tough .

BICP LEVEL 2B - Cornering, Switchbacks and Descending.

BICP LEVEL 2B will teach how to tackle those corners and switchbacks that can be tricky to carry speed and momentum through. With switchbacks come descents. You'll have confidence, knowing you'll be able to dismount properly when the trail gets gnarlier then you last remembered or expected. For those of you in for the long haul, we'll show you how to roll down lunge on the descent!
