Volusia County ECHO Ranger program educates youth, scout troops, and their families about the Ecological, Cultural, Heritage, and Outdoors offerings in their area.
Here, at DeLeon Springs State Park, learn about the park's history with a self-guided Visitor Center Scavenger Hunt activity. Then pick up a self-guided Nature Trail Scavenger Hunt to explore the half-mile paved Nature Trail, which is wheelchair accessible. Get a Junior Ranger booklet from a Park Ranger and complete it to earn a badge, certificate, free park pass, and an extra stamp!
Show your ECHO Ranger badge at the Ranger Station for direction to the program sites and Junior Ranger information.
Dates are: September 23rd, October 21st, November 18th, December 16, February 24th, March 24th, and April 14th.

$35 includes instruction and all materials needed for class. Fee does not include regular park admission which is paid upon park entry at the Ranger Station.
Join Carol Dickson for an opportunity to create a work of art. Each month a different technique will be used. Class includes all materials needed. Regular park admission applies and is paid at ranger station on the day of class. All classes need a minimum of 5 participants to occur. Classes are limited to 10 participants. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Registration is due 7 days before class date and can be done in the park store or online at www.topsailparkfriends.org.
