Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park

For National Public Lands Day, September 30, 2017, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park will host a volunteer cleanup of the trails within the park.

We will be continuing cleanup efforts of the Park so that we can reopen to the public. This includes raking ,pulling branches into piles, cleaning the beach of trash and general storm debris clean up.

We will meet in Area C of the park and disperse volunteers to various areas and tasks from there.
Bring work gloves and rakes if you have them.
Participants should wear sunscreen, closed-toe shoes and hats. We will have bug spray, Ice water will jugs will be available, so please bring refillable water bottles.
 

 

 

Fees: 

This volunteer event is open to the public and free to anyone identifying themselves as volunteers for National Public Lands Day at the Front Gate.
