Bald Point State Park

Come join Bald Point State Park in the 2017 Coastal Clean-Up! Bald Point will be hosting a clean-up site in partnership with the Ocean Conservancy, Apalachicola Riverkeeper, and Franklin County. Participants will work with park staff to remove trash from the shorelines around Bald Point State Park and the surrounding areas. This event is a great way to gain service hours, give back to the community, and help protect our natural waterways. Individuals and groups are welcome!

Fees: 

Fees will be waived for participants.

Additional Information: 

Participants should bring sun screen, insect repellent, protective clothing, a sun hat, and water safe close-toed shoes and a full water bottle.

The park will provide trash bags, gloves, and extra drinking water.

Some areas are water-access only. If you would like to bring a canoe or kayak, please contact the park in advance.
