This series is designed to release stress and tension after the work day and will include breathing exercises, follow the 26 basic Kripalu postures, and a guided relaxation. All skill levels are welcome. Is it your first time? No problem, this is an excellent class for beginners. If you have a mat, please bring it with you. You may also like to bring a cushion or towel to use as a prop. We have some extra mats, bolsters, and blocks for participants to use as well. These tools are excellent for providing additional support in various postures to assist in relaxation and stretching, so if you have limited mobility, no problem, we have some great tools to help you be comfortable and enjoy your experience.
Classes will be held in the Paynes Prairie Visitor Center from 6:30-7:30 pm on most Tuesday evenings. Visit www.prairiefriends.org for specific class dates, and to RSVP.

Class is free with park admission. Donations are accepted and will go to Friends of Paynes Prairie and support outreach activities at Paynes Prairie. All of the supplies for this class have been provided by Friends of Paynes Prairie.
