The use of personal drones is prohibited in Florida State Parks.

The Light House Tower is Open -   Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m.   During tours.

If volunteers are available, we may extend the visiting hours.

Lighthouse Tours begin under the awning.  Walk up the coco palm pathway to the awning, and have a seat.

There are 109 steps up to the outside viewing area and walkway, 84 feet above the ground, and another 8 steps up to the enclosed lens room.  All visitors are welcome inside the tower but you must be 42 inches tall to climb the stairs.  A ruler is located by the tower.  Dry clean feet are required for anyone planning to walk up the stairs for safety and to preserve the metal parts. Please no food or sugary drinks or glass bottles inside the tower.  For everyone’s safety please stay off the rocks on the Jetty and no spitting or throwing objects off the tower.  Please walk your bicycles through the Lighthouse Grounds.

Thanks.  We’ll see you on tour.
