About Yellow Bluff Fort Historic State Park
A NOTE FROM THE MANAGER
Robert Joseph
Spring is a wonderful time to visit Yellow Bluff Fort Historic State Park! Bring a picnic lunch and relax among the oak trees and relics of the Civil War. As you roam the Park, let your mind wander back to the Civil War days when Jacksonville was a key city to both sides of the struggle. The Yellow Bluff earthworks encapsulate the ambience of this important period in American culture.
