The camp price is $200 per child.
Checks must be made payable to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. Cash & credit cards are also accepted but must be paid prior to the start of the class at the front gate.

What age group is appropriate for Jr. Lifeguard Camp?
Anyone between the ages of 8 and 14 is welcome to attend.
Where do I drop my child off?
Drop off will be at the front gate of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park everyday of the camp from 9 a.m. A lifeguard will be present with the campers to ensure a safe transition.
Can my child stay after the camp is over?
The campers are welcome to stay after 4 p.m., but they will not be supervised by camp instructors any longer. They will be notified when they can begin shadowing lifeguards, usually the fourth day of camp. Until that point, they are viewed as guests of the park. Buccaneer Bay closes at 5:30 p.m.
What should my child bring to camp?
Two towels everyday, swimsuit, sandals, money or packed lunch, sunglasses, sunscreen, T-shirt and a hat.
When is payment due?
You must pay by the first day of camp. We recommend you pay prior to avoid complications.
What is included in the price?
The price includes: whistle, lanyard, visor, an official Junior Lifeguard t-shirt, and a certificate of completion.
What will my child participate in?
The participants will receive training in basic water rescues, advanced escape techniques, CPR, AED, and first aid, Campers will also enjoy exercises that build on their public relations and leadership abilities.
If you are interested in ordering a Jr. Lifeguard swimsuit, please notify us when you submit your application. The price is $30 and the suit can be worn during the camp and for the duration of the season.
