*IMPORTANT NEWS * We are very excited to announce several ongoing construction projects. We are building an entrance station, a new road to the campground to help RV traffic flow, a playground, additional cabins and new tent campsites with a bathhouse. However, we do not have tent sites currently available. We are also constructing a mile tram path to Campbell Lake that will include a restroom and picnic area that will have water and electricity. We hope you are as excited as we are about our new additions. For your safety, please remember to stay out of construction areas. Thank You! Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is committed to providing excellent facilities and customer service throughout the year. If you would like to reserve a campsite or cabin please visit www.ReserveAmerica.com or call ReserveAmerica at 1-800-326-3521. Check out our park activities page to learn more about the various activities that you can enjoy while at our park. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park also has some exciting family oriented programs that will be offered during the month of September. On September 6th at 9:00am come and join Ranger Chris Roberts as he discusses the devastation caused by exotic plants to Florida’s ecosystems in “Exotic Plants of Florida.”. On Saturday September 13th we will have “Breakfast with a Ranger.” Join the rangers in this ideal program for the whole family and ask them any questions you can think of about park wildlife. To cover the cost of food, please bring $3 which goes to the Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to enhance the park or you can bring your own breakfast. On Wednesday September 17th at 5:30pm at the Campfire Circle we are waiving park entry fees for our Literacy Day Program. Join Paul Lowrey as he reads his book “Where do the Sea Turtles Go?” After the reading, he and the rangers will discuss interesting facts about the common sea turtles of Topsail. On September 27th at 9:00am join us for a “Dolphin” program. Learn about their habitat, what they eat and their myths. For all of the above programs, please park at the Day Use entrance off of Hwy 30A and follow the signs to the Clubhouse. The Campfire Circle is directly across from the Clubhouse. To learn more about these programs, please visit our Events page or contact Leda Suydan at (850)267-0299 or email - Leda.Suydan@dep.state.fl.us.

Welcome to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park

This park offers a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall. Three rare coastal dune lakes provide excellent freshwater fishing. Although boats are not allowed, fishing from the shoreline yields bass, bream, panfish, and catfish. Lakes, pristine beaches, old-growth long leaf pines, sand pine scrub, and a variety of wetlands offer a bird-watching and hiking paradise. Visitors may bike, walk, or enjoy a quick ride to the beach on our timely tram service to swim, fish, sunbathe, or beachcomb. Gregory E. Moore RV resort features a (non-heated) swimming pool and shuffleboard courts. Furnished bungalows are available for weekly stays. A camp store offers a variety of camping items, as well as snacks and drinks. Located in Santa Rosa Beach on Route 30A, one mile off U.S. 98.
