Question: Do you offer camping?
Answer: Yes, we offer 100 campsites.

Question: Can you fish & crab?
Answer: Yes you can fish and crab in Tomoka State Park. The water is brackish water meaning half salt water half fresh water, legally salt.

Question: Do you need a fishing license?
Answer: Florida residents do not need a fishing license to fish in salt water if fishing from a bank or dock or any fixed structure, however non-residents do need a salt water-fishing license.

Question: Where can I get a fishing license?
Answer: Most bait shops and sporting goods stores sell fishing licenses along with the local courthouse. (You may also purchase one online at the address provided below)

Do you need a Fishing License?

Question: What all is in Tomoka State Park to see and do?
Answer: We offer something for everyone, hiking, biking, picnicking, camping, fishing, museum, and nature trail system, and a lot of beautiful scenery.

Question: How to get to the park from Ormond Beach?
Answer: From Ormond Beach, travel 4 miles North on North Beach Street, on the mainland side of the Halifax River. Entrance will be on the East Side of the roadway.

Question: Do you need reservations to camp at Tomoka State Park?
Answer: Reservations are mandatory during busy times and special event weekends. Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance by calling Reserve America at 1-800-326-3521 between the hours 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Question: Is there a store or concession in Tomoka State Park?
Answer: Yes, the park concession is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm.

Question: Can you rent a canoe at Tomoka State Park?
Answer: Yes, you can rent a canoe from the park concession from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
