Fire is a natural part of Florida where wildlife and plants depend on it to survive. Join park staff to learn about how prescribed burning is an important tool in keeping natural areas like Jonathan Dickinson State Park a beautiful place for everyone to enjoy. Program includes a short indoor presentation, a burn-zone activity and a park fire truck demonstration.
