Testimonials for Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park
- "For the past three years we have made Stephen Foster SP our home away from home for Thanksgiving! What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than outdoor cooking with room to roam. Biking, walking, strolling along the river banks, visitng the museum and watching demonstartions in the craft village are just a few ways to work off those calories! The park is one of the cleanest in Florida with camp hosts that make a difference. Evenings find folks walking around solicalizing. If you are looking for a truly beautiful place to spend some time and enjoy listening to the majestic sounds of a Carrillon - this is the perfect peice of paradise!!!"

Ted Schiefelbein - Janesville, WI - This was our first visit to Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park. We had the pleasure of coming on the weekend of both the Wild Azelea Festival and the Storytelling Festival. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful and immaculate! Our children enjoyed our time there especially since they rode their bikes almost the entire time we were there. The bike trails were wonderful! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and restful time away from our busy life in Orlando. This vacation was just what our family needed!!! The Stephen Foster staff was awesome!!! Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

stephen & yvette austin - hastings, florida - My husband and I took a day trip and visited the park May 8th while staying at a cabin in nearby Suwannee River State Park. We enjoyed our time there and loved learning about Stephen Foster and seeing the beautiful dioramas in the museum. It ws really nice to learn the true history of the Suwannee River song and what life was like in "Old Florida".
The park was beautiful and the staff very friendly, we can't wait to get back soon and try some hiking.
