JUNIOR RANGER DAY
St. Andrews State Park
Date: Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The Department of Environmental Protection’s St. Andrews State Park along with the Friends of St. Andrews State Park, Inc. are hosting a series of Junior Ranger Days. Bring the family to the park to explore the outdoors, learn about natural and cultural resources and how to become environmental stewards. Each Junior Ranger Day will feature Ranger led programs including seine netting demonstrations, guided hikes, touch tanks with sea life, sea turtle conservation, water monitoring, fishing/cast netting, prescribed fire, and more. Pick a Junior Ranger activity pack at the Camper Registration office to get the fun started today. Return your completed packet at one of the Junior Ranger Day events to participate in a special ceremony to become an official Florida State Park Junior Ranger.

Directions: St. Andrews State Park is located three miles east of Panama City Beach, off State Road 392 (Thomas Drive.) From Highway 98 turn south onto Highway 3031 (Thomas Drive) and follow it to Highway 392. Turn left to enter into the gates of St. Andrews State Park.
