Visitor Services Operations provides overall management of park concessions. Concessionaires provide a wide variety of services including merchandise sales, passenger ferry services, boat and land tours, food and beverage services, recreational equipment rentals, pier operations, campground operations and recreational skills instruction.
- Florida Park Service Alumni Association
The Florida Park Service Alumni Association (FPSAA) is a not-for-profit organization made up of current and retired members of the Florida State Park System. FPSAA promotes fellowship and provides assistance to current and retired members of the Florida Park Service.

Nestled on the historic banks of the Suwannee River, the Nature & Heritage Tourism Center serves as a one-stop information center showcasing the many nature-based, cultural and historic venues and events Florida has to offer.
- Florida Greenways & Trails Guide
An online trail guide shows trails throughout the state, including state park trails. Maps of each trail and the activities available are provided.
- Coastal & Aquatic Managed Areas
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Office of Coastal and Aquatic Managed Areas oversees the management of Florida's 41 aquatic preserves, three National Estuarine Research Reserves, one National Marine Sanctuary and the Coral Reef Conservation Program.
