GUIDED OVERNIGHT BACKPACKING TRIP

Join a Park Ranger for a 7 mile round-trip primitive overnight backpacking excursion through several of the diverse plant and animal communities that make up the park. The trip begins Saturday afternoon, hiking approx. 3.5 miles to one of the park's primitive campsites. Sunday's return hike is also approx. 3.5 miles, ending in the early afternoon. We ask that your group have a minimum of 4 people and a max of 12. Trips are available upon request November through March. Please contact the park for a list of suggested equipment. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling the Ranger Station at (863) 696-1112.
