About Lake Jackson Mounds Archaeological State Park

Artifacts found in the area are displayed.

A NOTE FROM THE MANAGER

Barry Burch

Visit the park and climb the boardwalk that leads to the top of the largest mound where you will be able to have a wide view of the park.  Hike along one of the two trails to see what spring flowers are in bloom.  Visit our picnic area to enjoy your packed lunch while the birds busily build their nests during the cool spring weather.

For more information on the Lake Jackson Mounds please call the park office at (850) 922-6007.
