Date: December 12th-13th, 2014. 6:00 pm -9:00 pm
Fort Foster Historic Site brings the holiday season on the Florida Frontier to life! Visitors follow a lantern-lit trail through the military fort and Seminole camp. Along the way, guests will encounter musicians, living history scenarios, and refreshments. A battle reenactment on Friday, December 12th, and Saturday, December 13th, will take place after 8:00 pm. Come witness the drama as the Seminoles attempt to burn the bridge crossing the Hillsborough River, while soldiers and militiamen will try to defend it.
