Along the banks of the historic Suwannee River in White Springs, Florida folk artists have gathered since 1953 for Florida's most prestigious cultural event. The 58^th Annual Florida Folk Festival on May 27, 28 and 29 at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park is one of the oldest and most revered state folk festivals in America. The 59^th Florida Folk Festival will announce featured performers for 2011 in the near future.
