CACHES, CRITTERS & CARS
Falling Waters State Park
Date: Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Department of Environmental Protection’s Falling Waters State Park invites you to their Caches, Critters & Cars program. This event will be promoting the Florida Park Service new Geocaching program as well as the grand opening of the Geocache Washington County game. There will also be an open house were many antique cars and campers will be available for viewing. If you like animals, there will be a wide variety of critters on display from snakes, to owls and much more. Blacksmiths, antiques and quilters, along with many other crafters and demonstrators, will also be in attendance. There will plenty of good food and fun for all. This program will be presented at the park’s picnic area with tables available for seating. ADA bathroom facilities will be available. A trolley will be available to transport guests to the campgrounds for the Antique Car & Camper’s open house. Sunscreen is recommended.
Fees: The park entrance fee of $5 per car will apply for this event.

Directions: Falling Waters State Park is located three miles south of Chipley off State Road 77. Turn left on State Park Road and follow it to the park entrance. From I-10, take the Chipley exit south on State Road 77 and follow signs to the park.
