In order to participate in this activity, one:· Must have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
· Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for one to two hours.
· Must have the ability to traverse wet, muddy, sandy, and/or uneven terrain either independently or with the assistance of a companion and/or with the use of adaptive equipment for one to two miles.
