In order to participate in this activity, one:· Must have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
· Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for two hours.
· Must have ability to traverse 20 feet of sidewalk along the edge of a seawall independently or with the assistance of a companion or mobility equipment.
